INTERIOR PAINTING SERVICES

The interior painting involves many important steps before the actual painting services start:

Preparation: Cover all, doors, windows, cabinets, furniture with clean and new plastic and the floor with paper or drop cloths. Apply caulking, fix cracks, nail holes and other imperfections in walls and ceilings
Painting*: Ceilings and walls are primed (trims are also primed if necessary), then ceilings, trims, baseboards, doors and walls receive a fresh coat of paint. We use rollers and brushes but we also can spray paint.
Cleaning: clean up at the end of each workday and a final cleaning in the last painting day.
Inspection: check all work done with the owner of the property.

Painting cabinets is not as simple and easy as it seems. Your kitchen will be covered with plastic and during the time we are painting the cabinets, you will not be able to use your kitchen. Hardware and doors are removed, cabinets need to be carefully sanded to remove old paint or varnish. Then, a base paint is applied and then a highquality coat of paint, specifically for cabinets. You will be amazed with your new kitchen!

WALLPAPER REMOVAL

The process to remove wallpaper is long and requires patience. After removing everything off the wallsand covering the furniture and the floor with plastic we apply a mixture of a liquid stripper with hot water to the walls with a sprayer, a small area at a time. After soaking for about 30 minutes, the wallpaper can be stripped away with a scraper. After all wallpaper is removed, then, it is time to sand the walls and apply oil primer and then a final fresh coat of paint.

FIXING DRYWALL

Have you experience water damage or moisture in your house? Are there small dents, popped nail heads or holes in your walls? We can fix any surface using patch to repair the drywall. And then you can make a decision if you will want to touch up the fixed areas or repaint the entire wall.

EXTERIOR PAINTING SERVICES

The exterior painting has two main purposes: 1) protect your property of the natural elements (sun, rain, cold, snow …) to avoid major repairs in future and 2) transform the appearance of your property.The process requires important steps before start painting:

Power Washing: the majority of the houses need this first important step done to remove dirt, mold and mildew, before thepainting of the exterior of your property.
Preparation: Cover doors, windows, and any area not being painted – floor, plants, garden, … , remove loose paint, fix holes, apply caulking, scrape and sand.
Painting*: The surfaces are primed first and then receive a fresh coat of paint.
Cleaning: clean up at the end of each workday and a final cleaning in the last painting day.

WOOD STAIN

Wood Stain is a type of paint used to color wood. Does the deck of your home need a renovation? Do you want to update your front door or the interior stair handrail? Stain brings back the beautyof the wood.The typical process of wood stain in the interior or exterior includes, scraping old stain, power washing to remove dirt (exterior only), and sand to keep the wood smooth. Then finally apply a coat of stain. And for protection and a pretty good shine finish, apply three coats of polyurethane over stain.
